We are looking for a Junior Business Developer (m/f/x) to join our growing "New Business" team in our office in London. You’ll play a key role in securing commercials and be a consultant for our partners. This role supports client relationship management, campaign execution, and contributes directly to Atolls' mission of empowering better financial choices for everyday consumers. Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.
Responsibilities:- Approach and build relationships with existing and potential partners in the UK market
- Manage a pipeline of highly potential business partners and ensure that they are on-boarded properly on our platforms
- Pitch our solutions in meetings, both remote and in-person
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership agreement
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Pioneer new revenue streams and opportunities
- Expand your network within many diverse industries (Fashion, Food, Travel, Finance, etc) across the UK
- You have 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development in the e-commerce Industry
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Advanced knowledge of the typical e-commerce key metrics (CPC, CPA, CPM, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
- Able to manage own portfolio independently and create an effective partner relationship
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial & data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical thinking
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing analytics
