About This Role: As a Business Developer, you will help grow our Marketplace Sellers business internationally, working within an established strategy to manage relationships with sellers, vendors, and media partners across our different country communities. You'll execute campaigns across multiple markets, applying intercultural sensitivity to adapt your approach to different languages and business cultures — while collaborating closely with senior colleagues who provide guidance on strategic direction.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and media partnerships with marketplace sellers, vendors, and agencies, following established account strategies.
- Support and execute the sales cycle — from prospecting to onboarding partners — with guidance from senior team members for high-priority or complex deals.
- Coordinate the execution of partner campaigns across different countries, ensuring they are adapted appropriately to local languages, cultures, and market dynamics.
- Contribute ideas for new revenue opportunities within existing campaign frameworks and cross-vertical initiatives.
- Prepare clear campaign reports and data analysis to support decision-making, escalating strategic insights to senior colleagues where relevant.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact between international partners and local teams, ensuring smooth operational collaboration.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales — ideally with some exposure to international or multi-market environments.
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages such as German, French and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with accounts and partners across different markets.
- Experience supporting or leading standard contract negotiations, with guidance available for more complex agreements.
- Good analytical skills — able to turn data into clear insights and reports for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to partners from different cultural backgrounds.
- A proactive, calm approach to problem-solving, comfortable working under pressure.
- Openness and adaptability to working across countries, cultures, and a cross-functional matrix organization — with growing confidence in navigating ambiguity.
