ATOLEA Jewelry is one of the fastest-growing women's eCommerce jewelry brands globally, with 1,000,000+ customers across 145+ countries. Our mission is to create high-quality, affordable, and 100% waterproof jewelry that enhances our customers' everyday lives! We've grown rapidly through strong product-market fit, operational discipline, and community trust — and we're now entering our next chapter: scaling globally across multiple warehouses and sales channels and building a world-class supply chain that supports faster delivery, higher in-stock rates, and stronger inventory efficiency.
We're hiring a Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Manager to take full ownership of inventory forecasting, replenishment, purchasing, and warehouse allocation — and to build a world-class inventory engine that improves replenishment precision, keeps our hero products consistently in stock, and drives leaner, more efficient inventory decisions. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will own the planning engine that determines how we balance availability and inventory efficiency as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Forecasting & Replenishment Ownership
- Own inventory forecasting and replenishment planning inside Inventory Planner (our inventory forecasting & planning software).
- Monitor sales velocity, demand trends, lead times, MOQs, and seasonality to drive accurate order sizing.
- Improve forecast accuracy over time by validating assumptions, reviewing forecast errors, and implementing structured overrides.
- Maintain high in-stock performance on hero products while improving overall inventory efficiency.
- Purchasing & PO Execution
- Convert forecasts into clear PO quantities by SKU and vendor.
- Own the purchasing workflow end-to-end: supplier coordination, confirmations, production timelines, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean production + inbound calendar with projected receiving dates and shipment milestones.
- Identify risks early (delays, MOQ constraints, slow movers) and proactively drive solutions.
- Multi-Warehouse Inventory Allocation
- Manage inventory allocation across multiple warehouses to optimize availability, speed, and working capital.
- Define and maintain regional assortment strategies to ensure the right products are stocked in the right regions.
- Continuously evaluate which products require regional stocking vs centralized fulfillment, based on demand signals.
- Plan and execute stock transfers accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure warehouse rules are maintained correctly (lead times, transfer logic, replenishment settings).
- Stock Health, Efficiency & Discontinuation Discipline
- Identify and act on overstock risk, slow movers, dead stock, and discontinuation candidates.
- Recommend actions such as stop-reorders, controlled discounting/bundles, liquidation, and retirement timelines.
- Build repeatable decision rules and thresholds so inventory discipline becomes systematic, not reactive.
- Weekly Inventory Cadence
- Run a weekly inventory health and replenishment decision loop, ensuring hero SKUs stay consistently in-stock while maintaining lean, disciplined inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory performance daily (sales velocity, inbound status, stock coverage, risk signals) and escalate issues early.
- Flag and resolve risks proactively (supplier delays, demand spikes, stock imbalances) and drive corrective action quickly.
- Deliver a monthly executive summary on inventory performance, key risks, and planning improvements.
- Freight Planning & Supply Chain Coordination
- Support freight decisions (sea vs air) based on urgency, cost, and demand planning.
- Coordinate with freight partners and internal ops to ensure shipments arrive on schedule.
- Improve lead time accuracy over time and maintain clean vendor and SKU planning attributes.
Key Qualifications & Success Traits
- 5+ years experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning.
- Experience forecasting + purchasing for a multi-SKU consumer brand (ideally DTC/eCommerce).
- Strong fluency with inventory planning systems (Inventory Planner or similar tools like NetSuite, Anaplan, Cin7, etc.) and the ability to ramp into Inventory Planner fast.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (you can model, audit, and validate forecasts independently).
- Comfortable operating inside Shopify (SKUs, variants, inventory levels, sales trends, product catalog structure).
- Confident managing: MOQs, lead times, reorder points, multi-warehouse allocation + transfers, supplier coordination + PO execution, SKU-level forecasting and replenishment decisions.
- Highly proactive — you push work forward, anticipate risks early, and don't require follow-ups to deliver.
- Extremely detail-oriented + strong follow-through.
- Strong communicator who escalates risks early and drives solutions fast.
- Owner mindset — you treat inventory as one of the highest leverage profit levers in the business.
Bonus if You Have
- Experience planning inventory for Amazon / FBA (prep, sell-through, replenishment).
- Experience supporting Wholesale forecasting + order planning.
- Experience managing high-variant catalogs (sizes, colors, ring size curves, etc.).
- Experience in a fast-scaling DTC brand with high-SKU and multi-warehouse planning complexity.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations (inbound scheduling, transfers, inventory accuracy, receiving).
- Experience building forecast overrides / seasonal planning rules (knowing when to trust the model vs. correct it).
Why Join ATOLEA?
- Own one of the highest-leverage operational engines in the business — inventory planning drives revenue, cash efficiency, and customer experience.
- Build a world-class forecasting + replenishment system that scales globally while keeping hero products consistently in stock.
- Work directly with leadership and shape how planning decisions are made as we grow.
- Join a brand with 1,000,000+ customers across 145+ countries — and help build the supply chain foundation for the next stage of growth.
