ATN is partnered with a globally recognised Automotive Service Provider in its search for an experienced Director of Sales and Business Development. This is a remote role, with travel to customers across the UK & Ireland required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy across the UK & Ireland to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Farm out, identify and land new relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role within the Automotive Engineering Services Industry.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience growing and developing a team.
