I am currently looking to recruite a freelance Finishings Manager to help close out a £10m commercial refurbishment and fit-out project in Reading for one of my main contractor clients.
Works are nearing completion with around 10 weeks left on the project.
The majority of the outstanding work is internal.
Working as part of the site team you will be responsible for all finishing aspects on the project, which is located a 5 minute drive from the motorway junction and train station.
Previous experience of CAT-A and CAT-B office fitouts is an advantage.
Rates are negotiable!
