I am currently recruiting for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a large refurbishment project in Bristol.

Initial duties will include sub-contractor selection and procurement and following the start of the project on site, the full range of quantity surveying duties will apply.

Previous experience of working for a main contractor is essential for the role.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager the project will run for approximatly 2 years, so a good stretch for the right candidate.

Rates are negotiable depending on previous experience.
