We are seeking to recruit a Site Supervisor who can work on their own initiative to carry out scheduled workings on a variety of sites whilst leading the field teams to ensure a high-quality service is being delivered. With no two days being the same, you will become a well-rounded worker across several different services.
Responsibilities:- Monitoring of site regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with H&S, Environmental and other policies & requirements (RAMS etc).
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Informing site workers on daily safety requirements and protocol and re-enforcing monitoring site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established company / contract accident and incident protocol and reporting to line manager / HSQE team in accordance with protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Monitor the quality of delivery and adherence to client requirements and specification, and provide / maintain suitable & timely records as required (NHSS, ISO, specification etc).
- Monitor performance and output of site staff and assist with any potential disciplinary issues as may be required from line management.
- Make appropriate and documented recommendations to Line Manager regarding changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Identify and report to manager any complaints or Quality concerns as per internal requirement.
