ATM is one of the UK’s leading landscaping, highway maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance contractors. We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager who has the aptitude and ability to be part of a strong team whilst supporting the Contracts Manager in expanding the business portfolio.

Duties
- Supervise and manage teams who undertake a range of vegetation management and environmental services
- Organise, motivate and lead operational teams carrying out a range of activities for key contracts, ensuring a safe, compliant and exceptionally high-quality service is delivered at all times
- Responsible for quality assurance, carrying out site audits, ensuring plant and equipment is kept in service, maintaining the stock levels of consumables and PPE together with ensuring competence levels of the team are kept up to date
- Liaising with our Site Supervisors and sub-contractors daily to ensure the successful delivery of specialist vegetation management and watercourse maintenance
You
- Experience in the forestry or arboriculture sectors, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and vegetation management.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Full UK driving license
- You will have a CSCS – LISS card, SSSTS or SMSTS, NPTC (Chainsaw, Strimmer, Chipper, Ped Mower, Tree Climbing and Chainsaw from rope and harness)
