We’re hiring an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll be based in Boroughbridge or work flexibly from one of our regional hubs. The Role
You’ll take full ownership of tenders across Hard & Soft Landscaping, Fencing, and Vegetation Management. From pricing to bid submission, your work will directly shape the projects we secure. Expect variety, real responsibility, and the freedom to improve how we do things.
Key Responsibilities
- Price and submit tenders – You’ll sharpen commercial skills and play a key role in hitting growth targets. More wins mean more chances to lead.
- Visit live and tendering sites – You’ll gain first-hand insight, helping you price smarter and prepare better bids.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors – Build your network and confidence while ensuring competitive pricing.
