Atlético London is seeking a passionate, dedicated and forward-thinking coach to lead our U14 Junior Premier League (JPL) squad and support the growth of our youth section. This is a vital role in our pathway, focusing on technical excellence, tactical understanding and fostering a positive environment for girls to thrive in competitive football.

Schedule & Commitment

  • Mondays & Thursdays: Training (dates may change)
  • Saturdays: Match Days

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate coaching sessions aligned with the club’s philosophy.
  • Lead the U14 JPL team on match days, providing tactical guidance and player feedback.
  • Collaborate with coaches across the U10–U14 age groups to ensure a consistent developmental pathway.
  • Foster a culture of respect, hard work, and enjoyment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Essential: UEFA C (Level 2) Licence.
  • Essential: An Enhanced DBS check is essential (the club can assist with renewals if necessary).
  • Essential: Strong communication skills, reliability and a player-centered approach.
  • Essential: Previous coaching experience.
  • Desirable: UEFA B Licence (Level 3) or higher.
  • Desirable: Previous experience coaching in a female youth environment or competitive league (JPL/RTC).
