The Story: Empowering Strategic Planning & Execution. Enterprises need alignment between strategy, product discovery, and delivery more than ever. Disconnected tools and siloed planning slow down execution and obscure business outcomes. Powered by Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo, our Strategy Collection connects strategic priorities, people, investments, and execution through Focus, Talent, and Jira Align. Jira Product Discovery (JPD) complements this by helping product teams prioritise customer opportunities and connect decisions to delivery. Together, these capabilities help leaders see progress and make better-informed strategic choices.

Role Summary: Senior, quota-carrying enterprise seller who leads Atlassian's Strategy Collection business across the UK strategic enterprise market, including the connected strategy-to-execution story with Jira Product Discovery. You will lead complex six- and seven-figure opportunities from executive discovery to close, partnering alongside enterprise Account Executives to engage executive buying groups and deliver transformative customer outcomes.

Market Context: The UK represents a significant growth opportunity for Atlassian's Strategy Collection. Large organisations are actively looking to connect strategic priorities, investment, and workforce planning with execution and measurable business outcomes. You will engage UK strategic enterprise accounts on strategic portfolio management (SPM), enterprise agile planning, and connected execution, working directly with executive sponsors and cross-functional buying committees.

Your Future Team: We are looking for an experienced strategic enterprise seller to join our Strategy Collection Solution Sales team, part of Atlassian's global Solution Sales organisation. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will be the commercial and subject-matter lead for Strategy Collection across our most strategic UK customers. You will drive Strategy Collection adoption and expansion across dedicated UK enterprise accounts, building upon Atlassian's established footprint and partnering in lockstep with enterprise Account Executives. Collaborating with Solution Engineers, Advisory Services, SDRs, Product, Customer Success, and key Partners, you will develop pipeline, lead specialist C-level conversations, and orchestrate complex deals to closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue & Deal Execution: Accelerate Strategy Collection bookings and pipeline growth across priority UK strategic accounts. Develop, negotiate, and close complex six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS transactions, navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and UK procurement cycles.
  • Strategic Account Growth & Co-Selling: Architect and execute account strategies that land and expand Strategy Collection adoption across assigned enterprise accounts. Partner in lockstep with enterprise Account Executives to identify high-value opportunities and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • C-Suite Advisory & SPM Modernisation: Cultivate enduring relationships with CXO-level executives. Guide enterprise leaders on modernising Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) across connected goals, portfolio and workforce planning, AI-assisted insights, and enterprise agile execution.
  • Cross-Functional Deal Orchestration: Mobilise and lead an extended internal ecosystem—partnering closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Advisory Services, SDRs, and Channel partners—to accelerate deal velocity and ensure customer success.
  • Commercial Governance & Market Intelligence: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, translating complex deal dynamics into predictable, data-driven revenue forecasts. Act as the voice of the UK enterprise market, channeling customer priorities and SPM competitive intelligence back to regional leadership to sharpen GTM execution.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of managing and closing complex six- and seven-figure deals in tier-one enterprise accounts.
  • Deep domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), PPM, enterprise agile planning, or closely related enterprise work-management platforms.
  • Consistent track record of quota over-achievement, demonstrating success in driving both new solution lands and expansion within strategic accounts.
  • C-level executive engagement, with demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, heads of transformation, PMO leaders, and business unit executives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered enterprise platforms, modern workflow automation, or data-driven decision tools for enterprise leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK enterprise market, including navigating complex governance, multi-threaded procurement, and partner co-selling dynamics.
  • Collaborative deal leadership, with proven success orchestrating multi-functional deal teams (Account Executives, Solution Engineering, Advisory Services, and System Integrators).
  • Language fluency: Fluent in English (verbal and written) is required.
