Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and channel partners for Fortune 500 customer accounts, managing customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
- Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state and map solutions using Atlassian products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-product expansion.
- Assess client pain points through investigation and discovery.
- Become a product expert and demonstrate the value of Atlassian software during pre-sales.
- Understand the full suite of Atlassian offerings and articulate how they work together.
- Lead value-based demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Guide customers\’ technical needs to secure buy-in for Atlassian solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with account executives, discussing pipelines and opportunities.
- Gather and share product feedback and competitive intelligence internally.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and sales processes.
Qualifications
Your Background: We seek a dynamic team member with a go-getter attitude, eager to learn and teach, with a track record of engaging with enterprise customers in pre-sales roles.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise customers, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative problem solver, able to interpret complex business problems and deliver solutions.
- Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging with executives and technical audiences.
- Passionate about learning, growth, and customer success.
- Customer-centric with experience building executive relationships and collaborating internally.
- Experience in government or highly regulated industries is a plus.
