Responsibilities

Your future team

As our new Partner Sales Manager – Enterprise & Strategic, UKI, you will be joining a newly formed collaborative Partner Sales team across EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. You\’ll help shape our culture, share ideas, and drive our global partner ecosystem-ensuring every voice is valued.

In this role, you will:

Play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by working hand-in-hand with key partners and our field sales teams. Drawing on your expertise in the UKI market, you\’ll drive a high-performing, partner-led sales pipeline and champion the success of both our partners and customers. Your ability to navigate market dynamics and foster strong relationships will be essential to achieving our ambitious goals.

  • Collaborate closely with strategic partners and field sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Actively engage in field sales activities, leveraging your market knowledge to build and convert a robust partner-driven pipeline.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with partners and customers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Use your insights into market trends and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies and unlock growth.
  • Serve as a connector between partners and internal teams, aligning efforts and driving shared outcomes.
  • Advocate for partner and customer needs, helping us deliver exceptional value and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • Proven experience in partner and field sales management, in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
  • You have direct sales experience, including quota carrying, pipeline creation and deal management
  • Extensive hands-on experience driving sales and building customer relationships in the UK market, having achieved targets through direct, in-person engagement.
  • Adept at orchestrating multiple, high-impact partner initiatives – coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring every milestone and deliverable is met on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural connector who builds trust and strong partnerships across teams and with stakeholders at every level.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
