Responsibilities
- We're looking for a Strategic Sales leader to own and grow our most important customer relationships. This is a pure leadership role for someone who knows how to build elite sales teams, navigate complex enterprise deals, and drive predictable revenue at the highest level.
- Lead and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives owning our largest and most complex accounts.
- Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for the strategic segment — owning the number and the narrative.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy across the team.
- Build strong executive relationships with key accounts, stepping in as an executive sponsor where needed.
- Partner with CS, Marketing, and Product to ensure a seamless experience across the full customer lifecycle.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent as we scale.
Qualifications
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deal environments.
- A coach at heart — someone who raises the ceiling of every rep on their team.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales motions: org-wide, executive selling, multi-threading.
- Highly analytical, with strong command of pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
