Pay Transparency
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. Poland: PLN 168,000 - PLN 197,400. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

The Mid Market Sales team helps our largest customers scale their investments in Atlassian. The Mid Market Sales team was established in the summer of 2019. We have worked in sales and management roles in well-established Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting startups. We share a commitment to reach our numbers and ambition to make our team successful. However, above all we believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as our compass in building a revolutionary sales model. You'll report to the Mid-Market Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement named account or territory plans geared at both maximising expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring a high bar of customer success.
  • Work with team members in the channel sales organisation to build sales strategies for designated territory or named accounts.
  • Be Atlassian's main point of contact for designated Mid-Market accounts.

Qualifications
Your background:

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role.
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.
  • Experience growing Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
  • Preference for experience in the UKI region.
  • Fluent language skills in English required.
