- Provide additional learning support during sessions to ensure all students are engaged, included, and able to participate fully.
- Assist with administrative tasks including analysing feedback data, measuring programme impact (NPS/CSAT), and managing communications with schools and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the STEM curriculum, including new activities, digital assets, and programme enhancements informed by feedback and best practice.
- Support the creation of educational resources for schools and partners, including digital materials for the website and newsletters.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay up to date with educational trends and effective teaching practices.

- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in STEM education and a passion for inspiring young people.
- Ability to adapt to changing programme needs and thrive in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.
- Ability to successfully pass a DBS check.
