Minimum Qualifications
- This role requires the individual to work and support EMEA timezones.
- 6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Global experience and specifically experience working within the EMEA region.
- Experience in large enterprise technology or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems.
- Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements.
