Atlassian is seeking an Executive Programs Manager to own employee hospitality programs and support sales incentive initiatives. This role is focused on delivering exceptional experiences that reward, motivate, and engage employees, reinforcing Atlassian's culture and values. In this role, you will provide operational support for the broader Executive Programs team, helping execute programs in region and ensuring seamless delivery in EMEA. You will work closely with events, the people team, and regional teams to support both employee-facing and C-suite initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple programs simultaneously. Creativity, operational rigor, and strong stakeholder communication skills are essential for success in this role. This role reports to the Head of Executive Programs.
Responsibilities
- Employee Hospitality & Sales Incentive Programs: Lead the execution of employee hospitality programs, ensuring experiences are engaging, seamless, and reflective of Atlassian's brand. Support white-glove sales incentive programs by coordinating logistics, vendors, and internal resources to deliver high-quality experiences. Track and report program outcomes, including participation, engagement, and feedback, to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Program Management Support & Execution: Support day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-program follow-up. Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across programs.
- Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Partner with the People team, Events, and regional teams to ensure programs are delivered in alignment with local priorities and cultural nuances. Serve as a key operational resource for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution across multiple programs. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to deliver unified, high-quality experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in an enterprise technology company.
- In-depth knowledge of creating and implementing white glove hospitality experiences and executive programs.
- Highly results and metrics driven with outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability and passion to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
