Overview

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually as part of being a distributed-first company. We’re able to hire eligible candidates for this role based in Poland, the Netherlands and the UK only.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement named Account and Territory plans geared at maximizing expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring a high bar of customer success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
  • Prospect and qualify leads within the defined mid-market customer segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to named clients within your Territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the mid-market segment.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events and conferences, as required.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role.
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.
  • Experience growing Mid-Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell, and solution selling across multiple SKUs and platform solutions.
  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
  • Experience working in a co-sell motion with a channel of solution partners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Contributes to the overall team culture in a positive, impactful way.
