Account Executive Mid-Market, Nordics at Atlassian
At Atlassian, you’ll join a distributed-first company that lets you work from an office, from home, or a mix of both. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually.
Responsibilities
Atlassian unleashes the potential of every team. Our agile & DevOps, IT service management and work management software helps teams organize, discuss, and complete shared work. The Mid-Market sales team is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-sized and Enterprise customers. This includes identifying cloud-first sales opportunities, cross-sell and user expansion opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will:
- Develop and implement named Account and Territory plans geared at maximizing expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products and ensuring high customer success
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment
- Prospect and qualify leads within the defined mid-market customer segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understand their business needs, and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to show the value proposition to named clients within your Territory
- Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the mid-market segment
- Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, conferences, and related gatherings as required
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is a strong advantage
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role
- Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals
- Experience growing Mid-Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell, and solution selling across multiple SKU, platform solutions
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
- Experience working in a co-sell motion with a channel of solution partners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
