Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business-area leadership, translating goals into customer-focused People strategies and executable plans. The role partners with leaders across the organisation to enable the delivery of the People Plan in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will work closely with Talent, ER and Analytics to strengthen our high-performance culture, using data to inform workforce planning and capability.
