Atlassian is seeking a Readiness Enablement Manager to empower its EMEA Mid-Market sales teams with knowledge, skills, and tools to win new customers and expand relationships. You will work with Field Readiness to translate priorities into practical enablement and drive measurable business value.
You’ll own the regional readiness plan, embed MEDDPICC, and coordinate global programs for EMEA across onboarding, development, and reinforcement.
