Atlas SEO is a digital marketing agency that specialises in high-end link building and content production.

The company was founded in January 2020 and has experienced excellent growth since. We currently have over 40 people in our offices and are undergoing a major expansion.

As a fast-growing and relatively young company, we’re looking for individuals with drive who are interested in advancing their careers within a company that offers new opportunities regularly!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote support for incident response
  • Log issues and service requests using Jira Service Desk
  • Collaborate with the global IT team on projects and initiatives
  • Create and deactivate user accounts for new and departing employees
  • Ensure new employees have necessary hardware and software; retrieve equipment when employees leave
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licenses for compliance
  • Set up and maintain operating environments on end-user workstations (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
  • Update operating systems and office applications regularly for security and functionality
  • Document and update service procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system setups
  • Secure office setups following IT security policies and industry best practices
  • Update security tools with latest patches and definitions
  • Assist in hardware and software procurement
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues and procure services
  • Enforce security policies to protect data and systems
  • Stay informed of emerging security threats and technologies
  • Conduct IT training sessions for staff as needed
  • Manage project management tools like Atlassian and Asana

Note: This is not a remote role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Zoom, Azure AD, O365, JAMF
  • Operational skills with network hardware, virtualization, and backup solutions
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Certifications such as Microsoft MCSA and Cisco CCNA are preferred
