Purpose:
Our clients seek a self-motivated, hardworking and organised handyman/handywoman to carry out and manage building repairs.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible and have the necessary skills to carry out, partially or in full, the following activities:
- Carpentry (installation of furniture equipment, including kitchen fitting and repairing)
- Flooring repairs (carpet and vinyl fitting)
Person Specification:
The successful candidate:
- Has a clear enhanced DBS check or is willing to undertake it (please note that there is a charge of Β£48 involved, refundable after three months of work (essential)
- Have a CSCS card in date or is willing to undertake the course (essential)
- Can operate on a computer, send emails, search for supplies and parts (essential)
- Can operate power tools
- Have an excellent time management skill (essential)
- Has an interest in progressing and further develop
- Is fit to work and carry out the tasks involved
