Responsibilities
- Provide a warm 'Atlas welcome' to guests and new employees.
- Ensure team members are in the right place at the right time and take coaching and development seriously.
- Be a point of guidance for team members, remaining nurturing and cool under pressure.
- Handle varied tasks: check guests in and out, serve behind the bar (must be 18 or older), prepare food for breakfast service, and set up meeting rooms.
- Perform night audits and corridor checks to ensure safety and well‑being of all guests and staff.
- Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding workplace and excellent guest experience, focusing on continuous improvement across the hotel.
