About The Role
Atlas FM is looking for a Cleaner to join our Newcastle‑under‑Lyme team. The role runs Monday‑Friday, 15:30‑17:30, and the hourly rate is £12.21.

What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work on the cleaning specification and equipment use.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times, with full preparation and understanding.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
- Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (training from scratch possible for the right approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (evidence required at interview) – applies to UK and non‑UK nationals.
- DBS / enhanced DBS check required for the role.
