We are looking to recruit a Mobile Window Cleaner to service our client’s premises. This is a mobile position, and you will be provided with a company van and mobile phone to carry out your duties. A full UK driving licence is required for this role. If you are enthusiastic, take pride in your work, and have great attention to detail, you’ll fit in perfectly with our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mobile window cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocation sheets to agreed standards as directed by the Window Cleaning Manager.
- You’ll be inducted at the start of your contract, and Atlas will train you within your first week of work.
- You’ll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Ensure all external tasks are completed in line with RA/MS & work permits.
- Follow all Health and Safety protocols, including those related to work permits and cradle access.
- Use correct materials, equipment, and methods at all times and ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Work within the 'One Team' approach to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Report any H&S incidents and near misses promptly and assist in their resolution.
- Maintain a clean and tidy uniform in line with personal grooming standards.
- Maintain great working relationships with all site occupiers, colleagues, and clients.
- Provide a high standard of customer care.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You:

- Window cleaning experience: 2 years (required).
- The ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- A basic level of spoken English to ensure effective communication regarding safety and with the public and management team.

- A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
- A full UK driving licence.
Please note that due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will be subject to a driving licence check before deployment and a Basic DBS check.
