About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimisation of business systems, while leading initiatives to improve functionality, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value.
Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll translate business requirements into scalable solutions—supporting both project delivery and day-to-day system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Maximo system
- Lead or support projects to improve processes and enhance system functionality
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Configure workflows, modules, and data structures within Maximo
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Assist in the design, development, and rollout of API integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver system enhancements
- Document system configurations, processes, and integration specifications
- Provide support during system updates, releases, and implementations
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and process issues
- Provide hands-on user support for Maximo and related business systems
About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
- GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
- Strong experience working with Maximo (3+ years in development/configuration)
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL
- Experience with Python scripting and development
- Experience designing reports using Power BI, IBM Cognos, or similar tools
- Experience designing and developing APIs
- Proven experience delivering system or process improvement projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
