Atlas Workplace Services is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering financial control and insight to support our business goals.
About the Role
As Management Accountant, you'll provide accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to the senior management team. You'll also support and develop an Assistant Management Accountant, ensuring robust processes and continuous improvement across our finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts within six working days of month-end.
- Report and forecast financial performance in line with month-end timetables.
- Update annual forecasts monthly and prepare annual budgets.
- Complete VAT returns and maintain data integrity for ad hoc reporting.
- Liaise with management to improve reporting systems and internal processes.
- Manage and develop the Assistant Management Accountant.
