As part of our regional mobile team, you will support the efficient delivery of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities across a portfolio of sites in London. This role offers a varied workload, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in line with contractual SLA requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality maintenance to SFG20 standards and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC equipment.
- Tasks include but are not limited to:
- FCU, VRF, VAV – Both electric and pneumatic
- AHUs – Filters, motors, belts and all safety and temperature equipment
- LTHW, HWS & CHW circulation pumps
- Install and maintain valves such as isolation valves, TMVs, PRVs, NRVs, and drain cocks.
- Sprinklers, Fire alarm – weekly testing
- Calorifiers/ water heaters and associated safety devices including pressure vessels
- Lighting & Emergency Lighting
- Basic Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves, taps)
- Minor Electrical Maintenance tasks (LED replacement, component replacement)
- HSG274 Water Hygiene Tasks to closed loop and domestic water systems
Key Focus Areas
- Deliver and demonstrate Atlas Workplace Services competencies to the highest standard.
- Undertake delivery of PPM and minor works across the portfolio.
- Maintain clear communication, ensuring the Client, Customer, and Team are regularly updated and informed.
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service, targeting 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to both Customers and internal Teams.
- Ensure best value for money for the Client by verifying that resources and materials are appropriate and sufficient to complete works effectively.
- Ensure all works, including those delivered by service partners, are completed safely and in compliance with Atlas standards.
- Produce accurate details of time and materials required for minor works to support quotation processes.
- Liaise with Account Coordinators, Schedulers, Management, and Sub-contractors to deliver works in line with SLA requirements and to a high standard.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Clients, Customers, and Atlas colleagues.
- Ensure the Maximo system is consistently updated via the issued tablet, with all time accurately recorded on timesheets.
- Take ownership of the quality and standard of work delivered, always ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

Essential Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Desirable Requirements
- Accredited Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Working Safely or equivalent)
- City & Guilds BS7671 – 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC or Building Services
- Legionella (L8) trained and competent
- Hot Water Systems and Safety (HWSS) – G3 Unvented
- City & Guilds TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) Service, Commissioning & Maintenance
