The role involves being a luxury travel concierge who thrives under pressure and pays attention to detail. You will own the travel experience for a portfolio of high-spending members, anticipating needs, moving fast, and delivering flawlessly across hotels, flights, villas, cruises, and dining. This is a high-touch, high-stakes role where excellence is the standard, every time.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full travel experience for UHNW individuals and family offices: hotels, air, villas, cruise, dining, and ground, from first request to on-trip support.
  • Leverage Atlas's Virtuoso membership and preferred partner network to deliver upgrades, exclusive benefits, and access that members can't get on their own.
  • Handle last-minute, complex, and high-stakes requests with the same standard as planned ones: speed and quality are never in competition.
  • Keep every member interaction crisp and professional across all channels, with response times that match the expectations of people who move fast.
  • Maintain spotless booking records and airtight follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks.

Who you are:

  • You have taste and knowledge of the product: Aman vs. Rosewood, which airline flies the best business class, which villa market needs six months’ lead time.
  • 3+ years in luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or a concierge environment.
  • Fast, organized, and calm when everything is happening at once.
  • A natural communicator who matches the tone and expectations of sophisticated, demanding clients.
  • Available for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

How success is measured:

  • Member satisfaction: positive qualitative feedback from members, measured through direct member reviews and internal quality audits.
  • Booking accuracy: 98%+ error-free confirmation rate across all reservation types, with zero uninstructed cancellations or no-shows resulting from concierge error.
  • Response & Resolution Time: Consistent acknowledgment of member requests within SLA windows and full resolution without escalation.

Why Atlas:

We are building something ambitious and we move at light speed. If you want to work on a team that sets the bar high, handles the impossible with a straight face, and genuinely cares about the quality of every trip we touch, this is the place.
