Key Responsibilities- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across EMEA, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, letters, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure a smooth and compliant experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and update employee data within BambooHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Relations
- Support employee relations cases across the EMEA region in coordination with the HRBP team and escalating appropriately where required.
- Guide managers on performance, conduct, and policy matters in alignment with company standards and local country nuances.
- Handle sensitive situations professionally and ensure documentation and process compliance.
- Support the coordination and facilitation of employee exits in accordance with local laws and internal procedures.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including system setup, documentation, and first‐day readiness.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, exit communications, and equipment return.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Partner with Payroll to process monthly changes (hires, terminations, salary updates, benefit adjustments).
- Benefits management for EMEA including enrolment, removals, monthly invoicing submissions.
- Assist employees with benefits‐related questions and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain benefit tracking and support monthly reporting and reconciliation.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure employment documentation and files meet local regulatory requirements.
- Assist with compliance audits and HR recordkeeping.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Reporting & Systems
- Generate and maintain HR reports, including headcount and turnover data.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Support HR projects, communications, and initiatives as assigned.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations, including performance and conduct matters.
- Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process execution.
- Solid understanding of payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Languages
- English fluency required; additional European language proficiency preferred.
- Experience partnering with Employer-of-Record (EOR) providers or third-party payroll vendors.
- Familiarity with HR operations in EMEA as well as the United States or Canada.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
