We believe in a world where growth thrives across borders and cultures. Our mission is to guide companies on their journey by providing services and technology that enables global talent management and delivers a human experience.

As an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, we offer the HR and compliance infrastructure essential for companies to expand internationally. We take care of the complex, behind-the-scenes work, allowing companies to focus on the strategies that drive their success. We are For People, By People.

The future of work is borderless, and so are we. Our people are located around the globe — in the U.S., the UK, India, Colombia, China, and beyond. Diversity and belonging are not just values, they are who we are.

We are also committed to making a positive impact. Through our ESG impact initiative, we are addressing our environmental footprint and promoting social responsibility. Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance.

Our team is all about removing boundaries. Atlas HXM is a flexible workforce management solution to navigate the new world of work. We’re the world’s largest and only 100% Direct EOR. We coined the phrase 'Employer of Record' to describe what we do – and naturally, our competitors quickly adopted it. But we’re still the only direct EOR company in the world.

With entities in over 160 countries, Atlas HXM brings localized experience and expertise into an enterprise-grade technology platform that supports thousands of companies and remote teams. The Atlas platform is uniquely designed to deliver end-to-end EOR solutions and empowered user experiences that provide self-service capabilities and real-time insights that lead to improved business outcomes.

Every day, we aim to ensure that our people feel inspired, valued, challenged, heard, and most importantly, a sense of belonging. We unlock everyone’s potential by creating an environment with opportunities for them to learn, adapt and be their very best. After all, when you love where you work, who you work with and how you feel, great things happen. With a diverse team in various countries speaking 90+ languages, we embody a borderless work future.

Everyone at Atlas strives for a better world. We bring new opportunities and growth to local economies and societies. Your effort fuels this vision.

If you are excited by change, then this is your place! You’ll be front and center of the action as we change the way the world does business.

We make decisions that impact people’s lives every day. Learning and innovating is a daily event. If we fail, we try again until we succeed.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in our DNA. It is our competitive advantage, and we nurture it by creating a sense of belonging and fulfillment.

As a Global Website Operations & Development Manager reporting into the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Atlas HXM’s global web presence across the entire stack, with a primary focus on front-end development and user-facing features.
