Atlas is seeking a Soft Services Manager to oversee cleaning, security and maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment in Doncaster.
You will lead onsite teams, manage day-to-day operations, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while taking on Duty Manager duties on a rotating basis.
The role requires proven facilities management across services, strong people leadership, and budget oversight. IOSH/NEBOSH and SIA are desirable; UK work rights are required.
