Job Description Location: Taunton & Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £36,000 + Company Vehicle & Benefits \n Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Engineer to join our regional mobile engineering team. Covering sites across Taunton and the surrounding areas, you will play a key role in delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong multi-skilled building services knowledge who enjoys working independently while delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction. ?•n \n•Sprinklers, Fire alarm - weekly testing\n \n•Calorifiers/ water heaters and associated safety devices including pressure vessels\n \n•Lighting & Emergency Lighting\n \n•Basic Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves, taps)\n \n•Minor Electrical Maintenance tasks (LED replacement, component replacement)\n \n•HSG274 Water Hygiene Tasks to closed loop and domestic water systems\n \n(All tasks above subject to training, competency checks & qualifications where required)\n \nKey Focus Areas\n \n•Deliver and demonstrate Atlas Workplace Services competencies to the highest standard.\n \n•Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service, targeting 100% customer satisfaction.\n \n•Liaise with Account Coordinators, Schedulers, Management, and Sub-contractors to deliver works in line with SLA requirements and to a high standard.\n \n•Take ownership of the quality and standard of work delivered, always ensuring exceptional customer service.\n \n•Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required.\n Essential Requirements \n \n GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) \n Desirable Requirements \n \n Accredited Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Working Safely or equivalent) \n City & Guilds BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical qualification (or equivalent) \n City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC or Building Services \n Legionella (L8) trained and competent \n Hot Water Systems and Safety (HWSS) - G3 Unvented \n City & Guilds TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) Service, Commissioning & Maintenance \n \n \n At Atlas Workplace Services, we believe great buildings start with great people.
