Maintenance Engineer Location: Contract: Full Time | Permanent | Static SiteAbout the Role Atlas Workplace Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at the prestigious Brindley Place development in Birmingham . This is a static position where you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance tasks, and reactive maintenance across the site. While the role is electrically biased, you will also support other building services disciplines where appropriate, helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property. Working as part of a dedicated site team, you will provide a high-quality maintenance service, ensuring all works are completed in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Undertake fault finding, repairs, and minor works across electrical and associated building services systems. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the wider engineering team. Liaise with managers, supervisors, support teams, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Participate in the site's out-of-hours call-out rota when required. Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent. City and Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant M&E, Building Services, or maintenance discipline Full Driving License Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance. ~ Good understanding of modern office software. Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets. ~ Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades and ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment.
