You’ll provide expert guidance, conduct audits, support incident investigations, and help drive continuous improvement across the business. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong influencing skills, deep knowledge of certified management systems, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities * Provide expert advice on QSHE matters to operational teams and senior management. * Conduct internal audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Support compliance tracking, incident reporting, and risk register management. * Assist in investigations of accidents, near-misses, and non-conformances. * Drive behavioural safety and cultural change initiatives across the business. * Support training and awareness programmes on QSHE topics. * Review and support risk assessments and method statements. * Prepare and present reports to stakeholders as required. * Be available for incident response and support across the UK. ✅ What We’re Looking For Qualifications: * GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) * NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) with 3+ years post-qualification experience Skills & Experience: * Experience supporting contracts or professional functions in FM or M&E environments * Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 * Familiarity with statutory compliance and FM legislation * Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Experience with multi-site service delivery and asset/work management systems * Awareness of environmental legislation and health & wellbeing strategies 🌟 Why Join Us?
