We are now excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting a key client at their Farnborough site. This is a static site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded on site, building strong relationships and delivering a consistently excellent service.

About the Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will take ownership of the quality of work delivered on site, ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering PPM and minor works across the portfolio
- Contributing to a service focused on 100% customer satisfaction
- Providing technical support, advice and guidance to both the client and wider team
- Ensuring the client, customer and team are kept informed through regular updates
- Reporting performance and progress to your line manager or supervisor
You will also play a key role in ensuring value for money by checking resources and materials are appropriate, producing time and material details for minor works quotations, and ensuring works are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Collaboration & Systems
The role involves regular liaison with Account Support, Lead Engineers, Managers and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and within SLAs. You will build positive working relationships with the client, customer, and Atlas colleagues, fostering a collaborative and professional environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the Maximo system is kept fully up to date via your issued tablet, with all time correctly recorded on generated timesheets.
Safety & Ownership
You will take ownership of the standard of work delivered, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with Atlas procedures. This includes ensuring the safe delivery of works carried out by service partners, as well as covering out-of-hours call-out responsibilities when rostered.

Qualifications, Certifications & Training
To be successful in this role, you will bring relevant electrical qualifications alongside practical, hands-on experience. The following are required or desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspect, or equivalent - desirable
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
You will bring the technical ability and organisational skills needed to succeed in a busy, customer-focused environment, including:
- A good working knowledge of modern office software
- Experience using asset or work management systems, such as MAXIMO or CAFM, via Android tablets
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site, multi-discipline maintenance environment
- A minimum of 1 years experience working in a customer-facing outsourced environment
- A background in mobile engineering or property maintenance - desirable
- The ability to turn your hand to a wide range of building maintenance tasks - desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities in line with business and client needs
