Role Details:

  • Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Central London

Are you a skilled professional passionate about keeping buildings running smoothly? This is your chance to make a real impact across client sites by delivering top-quality maintenance and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out statutory & routine PPMs and reactive repairs
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and Atlas standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Keep systems updated (Maximo) and report performance
  • Work on a 7-week shift rota (includes evenings/weekends)
  • Cover call-outs when rostered

Key Tasks:

  • Fabric: Minor carpentry repairs, adjust/replace locks, handles, hinges, door closers, ceiling/wall hatch replacements, minor floor/wall repairs
  • Plumbing: Diagnose & repair toilet faults, replace taps, washers, cartridges, fix leaks, unblock drains & sinks, silicone/sealant replacement
  • General: Graffiti removal, gutter cleaning (SkyVac), lamp checks & replacements
  • PPMs: Roof checks & drain inspections, legionella checks, tap/shower descaling, filter & grille cleaning

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in M&E discipline (Gas/Electrical/AC/Plumbing/Carpentry)
  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or similar)
  • Legionella (L8) trained
  • 2+ years’ experience in multi-site maintenance
  • Strong fabric repair skills & general building maintenance knowledge
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo)
