Are you a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a mobile role across multiple sites? Join our regional team in Heathrow and help deliver high-quality maintenance services with a strong focus on HVAC systems. What You’ll Be Doing
- Technical Duties
- Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites
- Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed
- Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues
- Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting
- Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete
- Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction
- Keep clients informed with regular updates and feedback
- Report progress to your Area Manager
- Work closely with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors
- Support safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Take pride in the quality of your work and service delivery
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required
What You’ll Need
- Qualifications & Certifications
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 3 years in a similar multi-site, multi-discipline role
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CAFM systems
- Experience in customer-facing outsourcing environments
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
