About the Role
Atlas Workplace Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at the prestigious Brindley Place development in Birmingham. This is a static position where you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance tasks, and reactive maintenance across the site. While the role is electrically biased, you will also support other building services disciplines where appropriate, helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property. Working as part of a dedicated site team, you will provide a high-quality maintenance service, ensuring all works are completed in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Undertake fault finding, repairs, and minor works across electrical and associated building services systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and colleagues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the wider engineering team.
