About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their international team, primarily US-based. The ideal candidate will have experience working fully remotely, be comfortable in US time zones, and possess strong technical skills to manage various SaaS tools efficiently.
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with US work exposure.
- Proven experience working fully remotely for international clients, preferably US-based.
- Comfortable working in US time zones; candidates available 24/7 are a plus.
- Highly tech‐savvy with proficiency in SaaS tools.
- Experience in Finance or Venture Capital industries is an advantage.
- Excellent video communication skills (Loom videos will be reviewed by clients).
