Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join their sales team.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing a high volume of inbound enquiries and converting them into long-term customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the full suite of on-demand print, customisation and fulfilment services. Working closely with operations, design and account management teams, you will ensure every client receives an exceptional experience that reflects the business's focus on reliability, quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert high volumes of inbound sales leads across email, phone and digital channels.
  • Qualify enquiries, understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Promote the company's full range of services including DTG, sublimation, embroidery, warehousing, fulfilment and white-label options.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals and pricing packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with production and fulfilment teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Track sales activity using CRM systems and contribute to forecasting.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm and product expertise at all times.

About You

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience.
  • Background in merch, print, fulfilment, or service-led sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Confident in both digital outreach and in-person relationship building.
  • Proven experience in high-volume inbound sales, ideally within e-commerce, print-on-demand, custom merchandise or related environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to match customer needs to service capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Positive, proactive and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable working independently, with the option of hybrid or remote working.
