From humble beginnings in 2012 Atlas Ride Co now provides some of the most exciting Downhill and Enduro holidays available anywhere in the World. From the bikes parks of Morzine and the Portes du Soleil, to the technical single track of Finale Ligure and the high alpine of Aosta, there is something for everyone.
We are looking for individuals to host in our catered properties this summer season in Morzine. There for breakfast and dinner service and for the needs of the clients the chalet and the team, you will be the primary point of contact for Atlas Ride Co. There are full and part-time roles available.
You must be presentable, personable, professional, humble, outgoing and reliable, able to converse with any client. You will be responsible for the chalet, keeping it tip top and ensuring our clients have the mountain bike holiday of a lifetime.
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will need to have a strong background in environments we would consider to be valuable, these include customer facing, time sensitive roles that have required you to think for yourself and be adaptable, considerate and professional at all times.
Full training will be provided to the right person, so though hospitality experience is considered an asset, it is not imperative to this role.
Please note all roles are only eligible to EU Passport, permanent or pluriannuelle Carte de Sejour, or Visa holders. Atlas are not in a position to apply for Visa\’s and work permits for UK nationals unless they already hold a form of Carte de Sejour.
The successful applicant will;
- Hold an EU Passport or the right to work in France without a work permit (ie – approved visa without a job attached to it)
- Be a keen mountain biker with extensive knowledge of the Portes du Soleil
- Be a team player, there is no I in Atlas Ride Co (There is, but you get the point)
- Be adaptable to different customers needs and always think on the front foot
- Be presentable, personable, professional, humble and outgoing, able to converse with any client
- Be willing to learn
- Have exceptional customer service skills, be courteous, humble and always available to provide what the client is looking for, even before they know they want it.
- Have experience in a customer facing role
- Have strong communication and a need to be organised
- Have a full driving license
The dates for this position are June – September 2025
The package includes the following;
