Apprenticeship Electronic Coach - £37,313 starting salary, permanent position, onsite work. Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.
Visiting learners within their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to deliver learning, coach, assess and support them to achieve their apprenticeship.
- Ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation.
- Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on the requirements of their programme.
- Plan, prepare and deliver high quality and industry specific teaching and learning sessions (as required by the delivery model and programme design).
- Carry out assessments in line with company, awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with other teams across the contract, including quality, business support and compliance and assurance.
- Follow all company policies and processes in relation to quality assurance and compliance.
- Achieve key performance indicators.
- Maintain a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) record that reflects company and industry requirements.
- Promote the sharing of new and dynamic ideas across the contract.
Must have experience in electronics (general) and have a minimum level 3 qualification in this field.
