Selection Process in Mar, Looking to start May 2025.

Fabricator Plater – £37,318 day shift - £49,632 Back/Night/Weekend Shifts - located in Glasgow.

Benefits include a competitive pension plan and an enhanced annual leave allowance.

Shift Patterns:

  • Mon – Thurs
  • Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:30
  • Back Shift: 14:00 – 23:30
  • Night Shift: 20:30 – 06:00
  • Fri – Sun Weekend: 07:00 – 19:30

Overtime Rates:

  • Mon – Thurs: Time and a third
  • Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on
  • Saturday: Time and a half
  • Sunday: Double time

Essential Experience:

  • Modern Apprenticeship certificate also known as Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers) and minimum SVQ 3 or equivalent
  • Current knowledge and experience in Fabrication
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Clear understanding of SHE and Risk Assessment
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
  • Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, Risk Assessment, working at height etc.
  • Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment
