My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation recruiting for an Electrician in the Glasgow area.

Responsibilities for Electrician:

  • Installing of all types of cables (multi-core, single core and co-axial) and electrical systems (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc.)
  • Cable terminations and installation of all electrical equipment
  • Using a range of hand tools

Required experience for Electrician:

  • Modern Apprenticeship certificate / Trade Papers (you will be required to provide papers)
  • Understanding of electrical installation drawings
  • Safety certification i.e. SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height etc.
  • Background in a major construction / manufacturing environment
