🚀 Customer Services Executive – Hybrid (Polegate) – £24k-£25.5k
Atlas Recruitment Group is looking for a Customer Services Executive with advanced admin skills to join a global, professional team. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and love keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next role!
What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional customer support and manage requests/issues efficiently.
- Input and maintain accurate data in service management systems.
- Schedule and allocate engineers’ work while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Handle dispatch, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Liaise with engineers and provide phone support in the field.
What we’re looking for:
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Strong Excel and administrative skills.
- Outstanding customer service mindset.
