🚀 Customer Services Executive – Hybrid (Polegate) – £24k-£25.5k

Atlas Recruitment Group is looking for a Customer Services Executive with advanced admin skills to join a global, professional team. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and love keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next role!

What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage requests/issues efficiently.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in service management systems.
  • Schedule and allocate engineers’ work while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Handle dispatch, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Liaise with engineers and provide phone support in the field.
