As a Training & Development Specialist, you\’ll support the design and delivery of high-impact CIS training, ensuring personnel are fully equipped to operate advanced defence technologies. Working alongside key partners, you\’ll instruct and mentor Phase 3 trainees while helping shape the future of military communications. What you\’ll need: – Experience instructing Phase 3 trainees in CIS – Strong CIS technical skills – operation, configuration, and maintenance – Experience in training development – DCTS Defence Instructional Techniques course (or willingness to complete) This is your chance to play a critical role on a major defence programme and make a real impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
